I received my Clay Target magazine and settled down in a sunny spot (weird weather that we are having) to get abreast with what is going on in the shooting world around the country.
It’s good to see the very young (on cover page) being brought into our sport. My son Clint is back from the UK and has been shooting with me at Wattlespring on a regular basis over the past few months and really enjoying it. I’m just enjoying him and the grand-kids being back again. Those who have kids overseas know what I am talking about and how you can miss them.
Maybe all shooters must take note that the 5th African Grand Prix 2011 and 3rd Southern African States Championships 2011 will be held in Namibia from 21-23 October. This shoot is not on our calendar of 2011. Shoot be a good shoot.
