Central Gauteng Open - Clay Target Shooting

This weekend was back to shooting Sporting Five Stand on Saturday and Sporting Doubles on Sunday. 

After many years on the farm and being caught up in the business on weekends I had to forfeit a bit of my Clay Target Shooting Competitions. Now with the farm being sold and living closer to Wattlespring Gun Club where I am a member, I can indulge a bit.Team and individual in both disciplines brought about thirty five shooters together. I think the attendance was a bit poor because of the number of shoots that have taken place this month.

Good shooting from Peter Niewoudt who won both the Five Stand and the Doubles and the team event won by Limpopo Province with Central Gauteng in second place.

Next weekend is the Maglite shoot looking forward to some good shooting
